Outside of aviation and technical work, I value time that provides balance and perspective. Boating, fishing, and working on a small hobby farm offer a counterweight to the precision and discipline required in professional aviation.

Time spent outdoors and working with my hands reinforces many of the same principles I value professionally — preparation, patience, and respect for process. These pursuits keep me grounded, curious, and engaged beyond the cockpit and workshop.
